About me

After completing my Master’s degree in English in 2002 and spending a year in southern England, I worked in the healthcare sector before moving on to an international role in a higher education institution in public health.
It is this position that reawakened my translation skills and inspired my decision to undertake further training, before starting out as a freelance translator in 2010. Having achieved a Master’s degree in Translation and Technical Writing with Distinction from the University of Western Brittany (Université de Bretagne Occidentale), I set up Babeliane Traductions.
I currently work with direct clients, colleagues and translation agencies, focusing on my specialist fields. However, if you need different languages or subject areas, thanks to my extensive professional network, I can refer you to a colleague with skills perfectly suited to your needs.
